Guidelines to prevent corruption

For the creation of a fair and clean organizational culture, Hyosung ITX (henceforth referred to as ‘Company’) shall establish the following anti-corruption measures and pledge to continuously implement them.


  • The executives and staffs of the Company shall not engage in corrupt activities, and as such shall follow the laws and company regulations regarding the prevention of corruption.
  • The Company shall build and operate a Corruption Prevention Management System to prevent and minimize corruption risks, continually making improvements.
  • The executives and staff shall immediately notify the Company in case of the violation of laws and company regulations regarding corruption prevention. The Company shall protect the secrecy of the whistleblower, and shall make sure that he does not receive unfair treatment as a result.
  • The Company can take disciplinary measures if the executive or staff does not take the appropriate measures at the violation of anti-corruption laws and regulations.

For a clean organization culture and the prevention of corruption and graft, the Company shall provide anti-corruption education to all the executives and staff through an external specialized agency.

Notifying inappropriate/
illegal behavior

Inappropriate/illegal behavior both in and outside Hyosung ITX, can be notified both anonymously or in name. The identity of the whistleblower and the notified information shall be held in strict secrecy, and the whistleblower shall not receive disadvantages or discriminations as a result of just notifications.

  • Internal notification
    • Forging or changing of work-related documents or materials
    • Inappropriate use or abuse of company assets
    • Behavior that violate the fair transaction laws
    • Other inappropriate/illegal acts
