Safety management

We shall adopt safety as the highest priority and do the utmost to build a culture of safety.

Based on the Safety and Health Management Guidelines, Hyosung ITX is providing physical and mental care
for the workers as well as various health management programs.

    We are carrying out education related to occupational safety and health periodically for the managers in cooperation with external specialized agencies.

    • Management of occupational diseases and the increase in health of the workplace
    • Prevention of harassment in the workplace
    • Safety of the office work environment, etc.
    • The overall safety problems that can occur in the workplace
  • Supporting the health center

    Supporting the health center

    We operate a health center with its own space. A health center director with the qualifications as a nurse is permanently stationed, assisting with the health consultations and health and sanitary management. For a more continuous health management, we are doing our utmost.

  • Increasing mental health

    Increasing mental health

    A professional psychologist attached to Hyosung ITX provides face-to-face counselling. Telephone counselling service is also available for the increase of the mental health of the workers.

    The visually impaired of Happy Dodreami (a disabled standard workplace in the form of affiliate company) provide massage service to the employees, helping to alleviate fatigue.

The Safety and Health Management Guidelines

The Company shall work for the safety and health of the employees, also providing a pleasant working environment.

If health problems occur to the workers who deal with clients due to verbal violence of the clients, or if such a possibility is noticeably apparent, measures such as the temporary pausing of the work, work conversion, the reduction of working hours, the extension of rest hours, etc. shall be made.

For the protection and maintenance of worker health, a health checkup is performed.
